Sleep or lack of

My health-related topic is sleep. I have a lot of information on how sleep is beneficial to the body, the effects of sleep-deprivation on the body, and how to get a better night's sleep. WELL.... I'm not getting much sleep at all! If I get 5 hours a night recently, I'm lucky. There is so much homework and projects to complete I am going insane! And people say, don't procrastinate. I HAVE to because I am working on so many other things that I cannot work ahead of time. Plus I don't just have school. I work at night, and I'm head varsity track coach at a local high school. I have been busy getting our field ready for meets, solidifying plans with boosters regarding fundraisers, finding best prices for T-shirt orders, managing those missing practice, etc. I haven't done laundry in months, don't eat right, don't get to work out, and don't do anything social more than 2-3 times a month. Ahh! I'm ready to graduate!

I know how you feel. I can't wait to be done with school. Even though once we are done with school we have to find a job. Five hours of sleep is not enough for most people but they say that some great thinkers and artists do not need much sleep so i will assume you are one of the two. Good luck and get your laundry done.

Your quite the busy bee arent you? You need to slow down sister or your going to have a mental breakdown. Maybe you should come over to my place for a candle light dinner and some hottubing? As your friend, I am willing to do whatever it takes to help you relax, I have to, it's my responsiblity. And by the way, if handing out T-shirts....Im an XL.
